Hi I would like to say a big thank you to Simon Cole at Dynamic CCTV Initially, I had contacted Dymamic for some technical advice re specification on a project and was put through to Simon His advice was excellent and we then went on to place our order Unfortunately, we then had a persistent issue and we couldn’t understand the cause of this Simon was so helpful in helping us resolve this although it took up a fair portion of his time He then very kindly posted us out an Item free of charge that we weren’t technically entitled to. But he did so all the same as a gesture of good will I have used Dynamic CCTV for many years now and I am completely satisfied with the service they provide And having someone like Simon on board is a real credit to them Thank you Simon, your efforts are very much appreciated Kind regards Mike West Central Electrical Systems

Aasif and Zara at Doncaster are brilliant, from advice and quotations for our clients to after sales, fitting and beyond. I'm fairly sure there isn't a technical question Aasif cannot help with! They are always happy to chat through a clients needs to get the best/most suitable product for them often making the difference between winning the quote and not. As a small company we don't normally get the best service from suppliers as we're not spending the most, but that doesn't matter to these guys, which means we come back time and time again! I’ve been a loyal customer of these guys for years, and they’ve always been top-notch! They’re incredibly knowledgeable about their equipment and the support they provide is simply amazing. I've not known Aasif & Zara long, however in the brief time that I have, they have both provided a beyond excellent service. From helping to choose the correct materials to technical support, I have no complaints. I have been and will continue to highly recommend them to everyone that I know.

Have always been using the same team and when Aasif and Zara became part of dynamic I continued to get stock through them . They have always been super friendly . Efficient and very knowledgeable when it comes to products and the technical side too. Nothing has ever been too much for them when I’ve reached out and although a few hiccups with dynamic themselves and other areas of their business Aasif and Zara have always solved my queries and problems . 4 stars as I do feel without these 2 and a couple of other staff that have assisted me occasionally that maybe I wouldn’t have had as great an experience but the overall stock and website was decent and user friendly.

I recently purchased some CCTV kit from an online retailer. While attempting to self install, I hit a few snagging issues. After a call to a local supplier - Dynamic CCTV, and speaking to Simon (sales manager), I was guided through getting my system installed and provided with some add-on parts to help me out. Even though Dynamic only supplies to trade, Simon was incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate in offering his advice. Would highly recommend Dynamic based on this interaction alone.
