Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the ongoing hard drive shortage, we have introduced a temporary update to our returns procedure.
If an NVR or DVR is purchased separately from a hard drive on the same order, the recorder must be returned together with the hard drive. Recorder only returns will not be accepted. This applies whether the hard drive was pre installed or added as a separate line item within the same transaction. This measure has been implemented to ensure fair allocation of limited HDD stock across our customer base and to prevent misuse of supply during this period of constrained availability. If a complete system is no longer required, both the recorder and hard drive must be returned together in line with our standard returns terms and subject to inspection.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you require clarification before placing an order, please contact our team.

- Returns Number: If it is confirmed that the item may be faulty, you will be issued a returns number to proceed with the return.
Please ensure that you have the case number and returns number when processing your return, as this helps us provide the fastest service possible.
